We design the electronics, write the firmware, and build the software — under one roof, in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
Our story
TKAAR Technologies consolidates three disciplines that usually live in separate companies: embedded & IoT engineering, PCB design and component assembly, and IT services. Bringing them together means a product can move from a rough idea to a working, deployed system without being handed between vendors who each optimise for their own piece.
The company grew out of real engineering work — motor controllers, connected devices, data platforms — and was built around the capability to take any of it to production, not just to a demo. GrassGuards, our flagship grassland-monitoring platform, is the clearest proof of that: it started as a data problem and is now a live service people depend on.
We stay deliberately close to the Madurai–Trichy manufacturing ecosystem. It keeps our designs grounded in what can actually be sourced, assembled, and shipped, rather than what merely looks good in a slide deck.
